Sean Hancock is a multi-faceted performer, award-winning actor and the creator of the award-winning comedy company, Recycled Minds. With versatile creativity, Sean's work goes beyond borders in film, commercials, theatre, sketch, stand up, spoken word and improvisation.
He has studied at the world-famous Groundlings School of Improv in Los Angeles, CA as well as The Upright Citizens Brigade and Comedy Sports, and performed a monthly improv show at I.O. West in Hollywood, CA. He has been seen on the front page of funnyordie.com, crackle.com, revver.com and youtube’s comedy page for sketch. Sean also founded Monkey Butler Comedy UK, contributing to one of the world's largest growing improv theaters and schools.

Colleen Hancock is the co-owner and Creative Business Director of the award-winning company, Recycled Minds Comedy. She is an accomplished, multi-talented creative as a published author, an award-winning filmmaker, fine artist, business consultant and brand designer. Her Bachelor of the Arts in Intercultural Studies has taken her to over 10 countries and led her to live in Spain for two years curating artistic, cross-cultural experiences. Through Recycled Minds and living overseas, she has integrated the principles of improvisational comedy into design thinking to provide a unique and fresh approach to business consulting. An expert in developing corporate training programs, Hancock has enhanced interpersonal development, cultural cues, communication and creative innovation for world-class businesses and organizations such as Albertsons, Simplot, Edge Project, Boise State University and Love INC.

Jon has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Performance from the University of Idaho. He studied improv at IO Chicago and the Annoyance Theater in Chicago. Jon has been teaching and performing with Recycled Minds for 9 years and recently stepped in as Artistic Director. When he's not doing improv, he trains Krav Maga and is an avid Chicago Bears fan.

With nearly 20 years of improv experience and education from iO and The Annoyance Theatre in Chicago, Jon teaches Longform Essentials 1 + 2.
With over 20 years of improv experience and education from Theatre Sports and Comedy Sportz as well as a degree in Secondary Education and a Masters in Theatre, Alora teaches our Teen Improv students.
Aaron began his improv journey with ComedySportz in 2015 and studied at Recycled Minds since 2016. He has taught a variety of workshops at the Boise Comic Arts Festival and performs regularly with Wittypedia and Creatively. Aaron has never owned a car and has two well-fed cats.
Bridget Foley studied acting at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and UCLA’s School of Theater Film & Television. While working as an actor/waiter in LA she studied improv and comedy writing at the famed Groundlings school. Bridget coaches teens in improv at Centennial High School. She is deeply grateful to share the transformative power of improv to increase connection, focus and understanding in a time when everyone needed more of those things.
Meagan Gray is a fun loving Boise native who has studied improv with Recycled Minds since 2019 and performs regularly on stage. She is best known for her wide range of characters and quick quips.
Parley has been performing and teaching improv for years with Improv schools around the nation. He teaches Level 2 for Recycled Minds and performs regularly with the troupe: Bread and Butter.
